    The man behind the SweldoMo system, Bernie John is also the President | CEO of BD BPO Solutions, Inc. He has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Major in Software Technology. Bernie John came from the academe as a Dean & Professor of Information Technology, and is a Systems Analyst with endless ideas, and a firm grip on business operations. His passion with technology and software development was evident from a very young age and has led him to develop multiple software application platforms for businesses here and abroad that truly cater to the needs of different users and of different industries.

    At a very young age, he was already an entrepreneur who introduced Software Automation Solutions for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Internet Business in the Province of Albay, Philippines. Bernie John also has 25 years of experience in Software Development, Database Systems, Computer Programming, Technical Writing, Systems Analysis and Design and Operations Research.

    He has earned his Trainor Methodology at JFK BPO Training Center Academy and TESDA. He trained thousands of aspiring professionals for Technical Support, Customer Service Relations and BPO Operations, and has 13 years of professional experience for International Management. He was also the Director of Operations, managing outbound and inbound operations both for Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer with key accounts of licensed holders of Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Verizon, British Telecoms, Telstra, 3G Hutchison, Vaya and Orange, to name a few.

  • Atty. Leonides Teofilo C. De Lumen II, CPA Vice President | CFO and COO

    Jun is both a lawyer and a CPA, and a product of San Beda University. A tax whiz and an industry veteran, Atty. De Lumen has extensive experience in taxation law practice. Previous career experiences include working at Citigroup-Philippines as Assistant Tax Counsel, and at Malayan Insurance Company Inc. as in-house counsel. He also previously worked as an associate at two (2) of the top and reputable accounting firms in the Philippines, namely Punongbayan and Araullo, and Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. He was a former Senior Tax Lawyer of Ernst and Young PH., the former Assistant Vice President of Finance and Assistant Country Tax Counsel for Citibank, and is now a Senior Partner of De Lumen/Valdez/Zamora Law Firm.

    Atty. De Lumen represents clients in tax assessment and investigation proceedings before government agencies, helps clients assess and revise their internal accounting and audit structure, conducts financial audit, prepares the reports and financial statements, and performs other functions related to the requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, Board of Investments, Philippine Export Zone Authority, Local Government Units, and other related government offices and agencies. He also assists qualified expatriates secure special visas as allowed under Philippine laws.

  • Nino A. Obach CMO and CSO

    Nino has served as the Chief Marketing and Chief Sales Officer of SweldoMo since December 2020. He joined the team in October 2020 as a Managing Partner, and was appointed CMO and CSO on December of that year. Since then, Nino has been driving the transformation and evolution across the company. He is passionately changing and innovating SweldoMo's operational services, commercial offering, market operations, and is actively opening the doors to collaborative partnership ecosystem as part of its core business. He is also developing and creating a service-oriented culture with the core belief that Digitalization needs not be expensive, as it should be for every business that needs it.

    Before SweldoMo, he was the Director of Business Development of Sprout PH. He was also a former Vice President of BD and Sales Operations of Bridge Southeast, and was the Associate Vice President of Globe GCash, Additionally, Nino was also the Account Director of Oracle Ph, and Telco Sales Executive in Globe and PLDT.
    Nino has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Degree from De La Salle University in Manila. A Certified Miller Heiman Executive.
