Regular Holiday Conditions

Successive Regular Holiday Pay – used to determine if employee can be entitled to two (2) successive regular holidays, like Holy Thursday and Good Friday if he/she works or is on leave of absence with pay on the day immediately preceding the first holiday.

Open Shift On Regular Holiday – used to determine if employees will be allowed to log in and out of work any time of the day during regular holidays.

Regular Holiday Pay Computed Hourly – used to determine if employee’s salary for regular holidays will be computed by the hours they were present for work.

Regular Holiday Overtime Pay – used to determine if employees will be provided additional pay should they work beyond their regular working hours on regular holidays.

Regular Holiday Night Differential Pay – used to determine if company will provide night differential to employees working on the night shift during regular holidays.

Deduct Late on Regular Holiday – used to determine if employee’s salary for regular holidays will be deducted should they arrive later than their intended login time.

Deduct Undertime on a Regular Holiday – used to determine if employee’s salary for regular holidays will be deducted should they leave earlier than their intended logout time.

Deduct late by Regular Holiday Rate – used to determine if employee’s tardiness deduction for the day will be based on the regular holiday rate.
