Special Holiday Conditions

Open Shift On Special Holiday – used to determine if employees will be allowed to log in and out of work any time of the day during special holidays.

Special Holiday Pay Computed Hourly – used to determine if employee’s salary for special holidays will be computed by the hours they were present for work.

Special Holiday Overtime Pay – used to determine if employees will be provided additional pay should they work beyond their regular working hours on special holidays.

Special Holiday Night Differential Pay – used to determine if company will provide night differential to employees working on the night shift during special holidays.

Deduct Late on a Special Holiday – used to determine if employee’s salary for special holidays will be deducted should they arrive later than their intended login time.

Deduct Undertime on a Special Holiday – used to determine if employee’s salary for special holidays will be deducted should they leave earlier than their intended logout time.

Deduct late by Special Holiday Rate – used to determine if employee’s tardiness deduction for the day will be based on the special holiday rate.
